Users trying to run into "remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections" error message between 17:10 UTC and 17:40 UTC due to services scaling up while getting deployed and exhausting the postgres connection pool. We are putting mitigations in place to ensure this issue doesn't appear again with future deployments.
