Resolved

Due to a misconfiguration in our infrastructure, our backend API was frequently erroring from 11:40AM PDT to 12:00PM PDT, which affected our GraphQL API, our metrics API, our frontend web application, and our CLI tooling. The misconfiguration has since been corrected, and our API and applications should now be functional.
