Erroneous Warnings in Router Logs for Enterprise Features
Incident Report for Apollo Graph, Inc.
Resolved
We investigated and resolved an isolated number of cases where Router users utilizing Enterprise Features (e.g., JWT Authentication, Operation Limits, Distributed Caching, Subscriptions, etc.) were receiving error messages in their Router logs (or telemetry products like Datadog, etc.) which stated “License has expired” or “Apollo license expired”, despite the fact that their Enterprise plan was active and current. The exact error message depended on the Router version and the features used and would have started appearing on Wed, Nov 15, 2023 at 12:00:00 PM GMT.

As noted above, this is already resolved and we will follow-up on this to prevent this from occurring in the future. All such log messages should have stopped as of Mon, Nov 20, 2023 at 21:07:00 UTC.

If you are curious, you can always verify the activeness of your Graph’s account by visiting the Graph’s “Settings > Billing” page in Studio.

Please contact Support through the Studio dashboard or reach out to your account representative if you continue to see these messages appearing in your log.
