The Cloud Routers that were affected had been deleted by our users and not cleaned up, which threw alerts during our update task. All traffic for running Cloud Routers was still served during this period and new Cloud Routers were able to be created, so this was a bug in our monitoring and had no real user impact. Thanks for your patience with this new product!

Investigating
We are currently investigating an incident which prevents some previously-deployed Cloud Routers from being accessed. Newly created Cloud Router deployments are working correctly. We will provide more updates as soon as they are available.
